My fiance is a HUGE Georgia Bulldog fan and his dream was to one day own an English Bulldog. I was hesitant at first with all of the health problems, the expenses and the passing of the gas. I am all behind that now, and he's momma's little fat boy. English Bulldogs have changed my view completely on bulldogs. He is loyal, well behaved (once you get passed the stubborn), and the cutest thing ever.
Go Dawgs!
Chewwing
I am the proud mother of a 7 week old, Old English Bulldog. We have only had Bullie for 4 days now and cannot imagine life without her. I have always had animals but nothing quite like Bullie. My only concern/complaint is her chewing. This puppy goes for everything from electrical wires to kitchen tables. She never stops looking for something to chew. I have at least 20 or so various toys I try to constantly keep around her. What can I get her that will maybe slow the chewing down. I am so scared she is going to either get electrocuted or sick.
OMG
Wow I must have her brother lol..... Mine is 8 weeks old and does the same. He has ate up the drywall in the room where he sleeps at. I can't get him trained to where he stops. He's so stubborn and never sits still. He's not happy unless he's chewing on something. I'm to the point of buying a special muzzle for bulldogs so I can try to train him with it on. Not sure how much longer I can take it. I need answers to.
