Is it fairly easy to take care of english bulldogs?

I need some help. You see, I really love the English Bulldog and me and my dad are really in to getting one. My mom isn't that thrilled about the idea. That is because she is worried that I wouldn't be able to care for an English Bulldog, so I'm asking this question. Is it fairly easy to take care of an English Bulldog? I need a really good answer please, if it's a really good answer then maybe my mom can get me a English Bulldog. Please help me out.

I am so glad you are asking this question BEFORE you get a dog. Your parents should be proud that you are doing your research. I can't say that a bulldog is right for you and your family, but I can tell you there is a lot of information out there from people who are professionals. I learned a lot from http://www.bigbulldogs.com. This guy, Todd Howard, has totally dedicated his life to breeding and rescuing these kinds of dogs. Check out the articles on care, of course, but then you have got to check out the bully videos as well - so cute. Learn as much as you can and you will make a good choice. Good Luck!
