Puppy wont walk on leash and pees in crate

I just purchased a female a week ago. She is 12 weeks old. She pees in her crate at night and will even poop during day when just put in there for a short time. She also will not walk on a leash. I am trying to get her trained for property boundaries but she will not move on the leash. I realize she is young and getting used to new surroundings but it seems to me right now anyhow, my lab seems smarter. Any advice appreciated

Well My English Bulldog is a male but he had the same isues to help with walk i just sat on the front porch with him for about 20 min. everyday.he got used to it and started to love walking at the beging let her walk you around.this should also help with potty training.remember they are stubborn though!
