Fighting Bulldogs

I have 2 bulldogs, and they both fight all the time. One is 3, and the other is 2. The 3 year old Gracie just had a knee sugery, so we're trying to keep her from moving a lot, but she always tries to fight with the 2 year old Lola. There can be blood and injuries with their fight. What do I do?
